The IX-Airbag U03 vest is activated by activating the In&Box by In&Motion. It is the control centre of the system, activated for a limited period of 48 hours after purchase and must then be registered and activated separately through the In&Motion company. This can be done either by subscription (Revolution offer) or by purchasing the In&Box (Classic offer). This unique, evolving airbag technology has a practical key lock, is installed and connected with one click, can charge and update the system, ensures ultra-fast deployment of the airbag in the event of an accident and is characterised by the three criteria:

1. Detect: Using integrated algorithms, In&Box measures the position and movement of the motorcyclist 1000 times per second to detect a fall.
2. Protect: In less than 33 ms (triggering) and in less than 22 ms (inflation), the airbag cushions inflate to optimally protect the vital areas of the body.
3. Perfect: All data is recorded in the In&Motion software - the system is constantly evolving and improving its performance.

To ensure that you can wear the Ixon IX-Airbag U03 vest under your protective clothing, you must measure both yourself and the clothing in question as follows.

1. Measure your chest and waist circumference. Then add the two values ​​together. Divide the total by 2 and remember this value as "A".
2. Measure the width of the top in question at armpit height and at belly button height. Make sure that you stretch the garment when measuring without damaging it in order to get the maximum value. Now add the two values ​​together and remember the total as value B.
3. Finally, simply calculate "Value B" - "Value A". The result should be 13 cm or more to ensure that your top is not damaged when the airbag is deployed.

A notice:

• Due to airline safety regulations, this item can only be shipped to countries outside Europe without a CO2 cartridge!
• There is an error in the brochure. The waist/shoulder measurement for size XS is 37-42 cm (same as size S).
  This measurement belongs to the protection zone of the back protector, which is the same size for the S and XS AIRBAG vest. Therefore, the waist / shoulder measurement must be the same.
  The size of the XS AIRBAG vest is smaller overall compared to the S size.
  The associated back protector meets the protection area requirements for each AIRBGAG vest.
